Sorry, I couldn’t resist.
I try to listen, as opposed to thinking of my next reply. It’s not always easy, especially if you’re feeling attacked for any reason. I guess I go by the philosophy that sometimes you just have to walk away for a bit to collect your thoughts before you can respond.
